I hate to be that one guy but...

I have no idea what I'm doing. It took me about 8 minutes to even figure out how to make this comment... from what I can tell I think you're a moderator/admin/whatever that's called around here.

So basically... any guidelines/tips, and is there a list of rules or something somewhere I should be careful of?
